Nike Cuts Ties With Antonio Brown

The news has been confirmed by a spokesperson for the brand. Nike spokesperson, via CBS Boston The move comes as the Patriots wide out is facing a sexual assault accusation from a former trainer. Earlier this week, the NFL interviewed his accuser, Britney Taylor. Taylor has filed a lawsuit in a Miami District Court, saying incidents happened in 2017 and last year. Nike has not yet confirmed the exact reason for their decision to split with Brown. According to CBS, his signature Nike sneaker is now absent from the company's main website. The "Nike Tech Trainer Antonio Brown" shoe previously sold for $100. NFL jersey's with Brown's name on them still remain.
