Demaryius Thomas Re-Signs With Patriots 2 Days After Release

According to 'ESPN,'  Thomas has re-signed to a  one-year deal with New England. He was released two days prior for failing to make the first 53-man roster. Though he continues to recover  from an Achilles injury he  sustained last December. Thomas was removed from the PUP  (physically unable to perform)  list last month. The Patriots made the decision to bring the  wide receiver back after putting 2019 first-round  draft pick N'Keal Harry on injured reserve. Thomas joins other wide receivers Julian Edelman, . Phillip Dorsett and Josh Gordon.
