Apple Vows to Be Carbon Neutral by 2030

According to BBC News, the tech giant announced a target of becoming carbon neutral across its entire business and manufacturing supply chain within the next 10 years. The company says the commitment means its devices, including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and Mac computers, will have had "zero climate impact" at point of sale. Apple told BBC News the pledge even extends to any company hoping to become a supplier of Apple products. They would have to commit to "being 100 percent renewable for their Apple production" within 10 years.
